Truck Crane QY35G is new product equipped with National III Chassis. Whole vehicle is with excellent performance, reliable quality and mature technology. It has been tested and appointed by the National Construction Machine Quality Monitoring and Inspecting Centre and has qualified the inspection of the China Vehicle Technology Service Centre. The mobile cranes can be broadly applied on mining enterprises, construction sites, stations, harbors and warehouses and other kinds of heavy lifting and installation operations. Such as: highway, bridges, constructions, wreckings etc. Construction team, building industry, electric power department are all in need of the mobile cranes.
1.It is using special chassis made, with reliable performances and characters such as large horsepower, good motivity, high speed, strong dragging force, and better gradibility.
2. the main beam cut shape is hexagon, using high intensity steel made. The vice beam is truss type, manually shrinks, the variation beam can be fix to(0º,15º,30º), to satisfy the special need for the skyscrapers and also narrow spaces.
3. The product is equiped with planetary gear type main lifting mechanism. The brake is equiped inside the reel, the structure is simple and tight, less self weight. The lifting system can realise heavy load for low speed, less load for higher speed, infinite variable speed to achieve high efficiency.
4. Hydraulic System are all using domestic or international well-known brand with stable performance and reliable quality.
5. Streamline type upper cab according to the Ergonomics principle, with wider vision field, broad and bright, equipped with adjustable inner chairs, fans, optional air-conditioning.
6. the whole vehicle is equiped with SLM,anti overrolling safe protection equipment, anti-overflowing valve, balance valve, variation indicator and other safe protection equipments.
